Forty-four achievements, both guardians defeated, all three character entries discovered and the Divine Seal earned. A focused run finishes in 10-12 hours; a first playthrough naturally lands around 15. Nothing is missable — Kernel Hearts has no point-of-no-return, so enjoy the ride and clean up after.

• First Transformation — trigger your first transformation. Unmissable; you did this in the tutorial.
• Guardian Slayer — defeat the Floor 1 Guardian. Story-required for Floor 2.
• Roster Complete — discover all 3 characters. Two on Floor 1, the third on Floor 2.
• Curse-Proof — survive a full curse cycle without leaving a platform. Floor 2 Guardian arena, second phase.
• Fully Loaded — own all chip types at once. Keep your Floor 1 chips; do not sell them after Courtyard upgrades.
• Lucky Drop — receive any rare drop. The ~1-in-6 Angel Shard counts; most players get this by accident.

Story first (First Transformation + Guardian Slayer come naturally), then roster while farming fragments for chip upgrades, then Courtyard chips, then shards (Lucky Drop almost certainly lands here), then the Floor 2 Guardian (Divine Seal + Curse-Proof in the same fight). Fully Loaded is the only one needing attention: stash your Floor 1 chips instead of selling them when you upgrade.

Currently: the Divine Seal and bragging rights. Future updates may check for the Seal when they ship — completing now likely front-loads the next floor unlock. This page updates with patches.
